It's Time to Start sleeping again

I am a bio-hacker and I still have issues that I’m currently in the process of eliminating. I am only offering you my knowledge and information based on my experience. It is solely up to you how you choose to use this knowledge. So far I only know this routine change works on me. Before I start sharing it with other people I need to learn how it works on other people.
With that in mind I am looking for some volunteers that also are struggling to sleep to participate in a free observational study. And since you were on your phone scrolling on Facebook while I'd been asleep for an hour or so I thought you may be interested in helping me test the efficacy of my routine change.
Initially I am only after people that would consider themselves generally healthy and have no preexisting medical conditions. Suitable volunteers should also not be on any pharmaceutical prescription drugs.
